It appears that finishing up the masters thesis must be running smoothly, as this update just came in from cnn:
"Emily does not appear to pose a threat to the United States. Emily arrived in the Windward Islands at the eastern edge of the Caribbean Wednesday evening"
Whew! Do give a call when you return from the Islands, Em!

Well, i was going darned near 115 mph and struck hard in Grenada. Apparently I killed a man in his 40s when a landslide crushed his home in St. Andrew's. I damaged the only hostpital on Carriacou, forcing the evacuation of patients. I also took the roofs of 2 police stations and 2 homes for the elderly, streets were flooded and crops were destroyed.
More than 1,600 people took refuge, as they assessed the damage. In Trinidad, there was widespread flooding.
Hmm, i'm a tough little storm and Jege thought I was losing intensity!
Perhaps when all this is done, we should hit the triple rock or psycho suzi's and have a cocktail and chill out a bit?
