Mulder: Dear Diary, today my heart leapt when Agent Scully suggested Spontaneous Human Combustion.
Good stuff.
I think that those two ines of dialogue constitute fore play for Mulder and Scully. Plus they could bring it up again later when things get dull a-la David Letterman: "oh yeah Mulder! If you can explain the scientific nature of the G spot, I will spontaneously combust again"
