you should try chewing on licorice branch.
one of my hippie friends told me that because i've quit smoking too. only i don't like licorice. unless it comes in a shot glass with some red bull. then i am all over it.
Coffee enemas are also not as satisfying as smoking.
I find the gum pretty satisfying, if you ignite it and inhale the fumes. (In fact, colors have never sounded so delicious . . .)
