i bought a yogurt and granola parfait for breakfast this morning at work. i’m about one-third of the way into it and i decide to spoon to the bottom layer of granola and mix it in with the vast amounts of yogurt on top. then i see it.
a hair. in my food.

Yuck. At least it wasn't a toenail. I found one of those in my spaghetti sauce once. It was a big toe toenail, too.
Oh, that just ain't right.
i'm thinking about it now and it still makes me cringe.
