there are tons of things you can make with only a few ingredients and some creative changes to any recipe, as long as you only substitute flavors. When you get stuck like this, try using (search.allrecipes.com.) You can put as many ingredients as you want in either 'ingredients wanted' or 'ingredients not wanted,' and you can even confine the search to a specific diet or holiday.
Try it today!

One more thing, if you're out of chocolate, cocoa is a great substitute, you'll just need to compensate in the recipe by adding a small amount of milk or water, whichever seems appropriate for the recipe.

Make frybread. It's yummy. I can't vouch for the yummy-factor of this recipe as I just stumbled across it in google. I would add some sugar or honey to the mixture before you fry it (it makes it a little sweeter), and you can use oil instead of lard (though they won't be quite as good).

Terrible for you, but dammit if it's not yummy...

INDIAN FRY BREAD

3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add warm water in small amounts and knead dough until soft but not sticky. Sometimes more flour or water will be needed. Cover bowl and let stand for about 15 minutes. Pull off large egg sized ball of dough and roll out into round about 1/4" thick. Punch hole in center of each round piercing several times with fork to allow dough to puff.

In a heavy skillet fry (deep fry) rounds in lard or other shortening until bubbles appear on dough, turn over and fry on other side until golden.

Beligian Waffles. That is of course assuming you have a waffle iron. Or you could make pancakes from scratch...
